New Cheap Date Ideas

19 Feb 2007 12:24 PM

I love finding cheap, frugal, yet fun things to do for a "date night". It is important to keep the "fun" part or else you won't enjoy it enough to repeat it. There are dozens of ways to frugally have fun on a date, and your tickets to the community productions is a great idea!

Friday Funnies: Living On A Budget

19 Feb 2007 12:22 PM

lol that was another friday funny. With all the freezer cooking I do, and teach about, I've heard some pretty hilarious stories about people thawing out the wrong thing only to have no dinner to serve. I loved the story, though I am sure your priest did not find it quite as funny :)

Ways To Save Money In The Kitchen

Traci me too. I love casseroles. It's the easiest way to get dinner on the table fast. Plus clean up is certainly easier than having different pots for each thing. Lately, I've gotten into creating casseroles to freeze so I can just pop them in the oven at night when I'm ready. Yummy! Oh and you're welcome for the article. I'm really glad it helped! :)

I'm glad you liked them! I still have tons of cub scout pages to do, but you can bet I will be doing more like these. I love using actual "items" on my page and rarely get a chance to use something like this one. Thanks for the comliments!

Thanks ladies! I hope you are able to meet up with some friends, but don't forget the people next door or another neighbor. Family members could work too. There are all sorts of people you could do this with. It's an excellent way to free up some serious time that could be better spent with family and on saving money on groceries.
