Frugal Ways To Get Rid Of Stubborn Stains and Spills20 Jul 2006 12:12 PM Yes, I do know how to get a permanent marker stain out. Try AMODEX STAIN REMOVER - www.amodexink.com. Another cool tip for stain removal (including perm. marker) - is lay stained article face down on paper towels or clean white cloth and apply stain removal solution to underside of stain so that stain can be removed from the surface instead of pushing it through the fabric. Replace towels or cloth as they absorb stain to prevent stain transfer. That seems to work for us. Good luck! The First Letter20 Jul 2006 12:08 PM Yes, it was emotional. Just the words I shared with you alone are enough to make me start crying again. I will never forget that day as long as I live, it's as fresh as if it was yesterday.
