Curious George books were some of my favorites when I was a child. I am so happy that they are back and my kids can enjoy them (never mind that I still had mine to share before he made his comeback) :)

Absolutely Lisa. I am still contemplating purchasing it. I think it's a bit too pricey for what I've heard about it, so I'm still sitting on it. My friend seems to really like her's but as I said - a lot of money and not sure how well it will work out for me. I will let you know if I purchase it. Take care!

Marjorie, I almost bought one of these about 2 years ago. They are so sweet and cute. I had a friend that had one and it made me want one. Her cat was so loving. Now you've got me thinking about it again. Thanks for the great informative article!

ADHD and the Maddening Missing Meds

Kristyn, that's like a day in my house with my 11 year old son not on his meds. We use Concerta and he's on 54mg the highest dose. Without it, our house sounds like yours on Monday! With it, it's like having a different child. I know there are people out there that abuse it, but I also know that there are some kids like mine, who need those meds to slow down and be a kid! Thanks for the great article! I laughed and related so well!

lol TB the way you "said" that, scares me a bit.... But yes internet dating does go back a long time ago to the more computer generated.

I don't disagree with it, but isn't dating someone tangible and in front of you so much more fun ;) Just kidding of course.

I know some who have had GREAT success with the whole internet dating, but most do not.

While I agree that ebay isn't always the best deal, it does have it's advantages. I have gotten many great items on ebay that I might not have been able to find around here. However, I do agree with the shipping costs. Too many sellers hike those shipping costs up to cover their fee's and what not on ebay. It's pretty annoying to pay $5 in shipping and when the envelope arrives it's $1.90 for shipping. The envelope probably cost $1 so that's a lot in "handling" charges. I have sold a lot of stuff on ebay and made some good money. But again, it's not always a deal.

Catherine the GMS never does go away. Or at least I'm doubting it. We strive for it daily with each of our kids and you will continue to wonder everyday for the rest of your life. I have an 8 yr old and an 11 yr old and I still go to bed every night hoping I did the right things or said the right things that day. I will continue to be the best parent I can to them, and love them unconditionally - because you're right, as long as we try our best, it's the love that matters anyway. :)
