I prefer to decorate my pages and print or handwrite my recipes onto small recipe cards and include them on my album pages that way. I was immediately addicted and used my monthly credit to grab the game. It's totally totally fun and thought provoking. Recently we discovered Apples to Apples, which is a tad bit too old for your three year old, but one day I'm sure you will enjoy. Of course all of my children are between the ages of 8 and almost 13. Plus nobody here is at all squeamish of rats, though I will admit I would rather not find one in my kitchen thank you very much! I have always loved Pixar movies as it seems their animations get better with each movie.
