My heart goes out to you. I know how difficult that is. We put a dog to sleep a few months back and it was (still is!) the hardest thing I've ever done.

We just got a new cat from the shelter today. We have one that is 13 years old already at home. We decided that the kids needed a new cat "just in case".

I will pray that all goes well. Keep your chin up and continue to love her.

Cristina, Welcome back! Glad you had a great vacation. I know how hard it can be to get "back to work" after some much needed time off. I was able to see Tut's exhibit in EGYPT! Of course that was a whole lot of years ago but I still remember it and it was amazing. I had heard the same thing you heard about the crack and they got angry. I guess it's just safer that way. Aurora You completely moved me with that story. What a powerful well-written caption of what happened on the way to Mt. Everest. I have to agree that this man is the epitome of the word "Hero". We should all be so heroic in our efforts dealing with mankind. The world would truly be a better place. Thank you for sharing that incredible story.
