Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana top J.D. Power ratings

In a survey of major Florida health insurance plans, J.D. Power and Associates found Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida on top, with Humana close behind in overall member satisfaction. The J.D. Power survey measured member satisfaction in 131 health plans in 17 regions of the U.S.
