Allergies

I haven't had a problem with allergies all summer and now suddenly I am sneezing all over the place.  Anyone else having allergy problems? Its funny how they can be fine for so long and then be set off by one little thing...

In the last few weeks, I've started sneezing my head off! I figure it must be something new blooming, or maybe something going to seed? Spring and fall are usually my worst time for allergies... but I'm glad I'm not the only one! If you're really curious to see what's blooming/making pollen in your area, check the Weather Channel website (www.weather.com) -- they have pollen maps and stuff that are fun to look at. Fun, if you're a health nerd like I am! Hahah!

It can get really frustrating with 5 kids.It's easy to take some kind of allergy medicine for myself,but I can be leary when it comes to kids.Right now our youngest daughter has a sore spot between her nose and upper lip and she won't let either one of us do anything about it as far as something topical goes.Tennessee is real bad about allergies too.

I just started with zyrtek...it takes care of the allergies but I'm so spaced out!
