I purchased one and enjoyed it. :-) Sheri Alaska's Hidden Treasure30 Dec 2006 04:33 PM Thanks for a good introduction article. We were just discussing Alaska. We'd like to visit the Kenai peninsula and maybe go to Fairbanks to see the aurora borealis. Several Frugal Indoor Options for Entertaining Your Children This Winter15 Nov 2006 08:19 PM Thanks for all the good suggestions, Nicole. I have two children that will soon hate being tied up due to rain. I like puzzle books and exotic coloring books, too. Preparing For A Move15 Nov 2006 08:17 PM My sympathy on your Katrina loss. I hate moving because of the difficulties involved in moving. Even with a moving company, it is definitely a stress inducing time. Bigfoot or Big Hoax?15 Nov 2006 08:16 PM I bought into the legend too, because friends found footprints near the garbage cans along the Cedar River in WA. It really could get scary with big foot hunters and deer hunters mixing together. I recently read an article in Audubon promoting deer hunting activities -- isn't it neat how we can manage multiple activities. Sweet Cinnamon Biscuits15 Nov 2006 08:13 PM Those biscuits sound really good. The buttermilk is always a problem though, since I always have to use butter and milk and lemon juice as a substitution. I like the idea of cinnamon directly in the dough. Much better than adding an inch layer of cinnamon, sugar and butter after they're cooked. USB hand Warmers15 Nov 2006 08:11 PM Wow, those USB gloves sound neat. But anytime my hands have been cold, I've been someplace where my PC wasn't really welcome -- think top of a ski resort. It could be a useful gift for an elderly person, though. Stop talking dirty to yourself!15 Nov 2006 08:09 PM I'm guilty, guilty, guilty, but only when I'm really down. It's always better if I just start working on one of my projects. Then my thoughts run on more productive ideas. Good advice. Re-Invest In Your Common Ground22 Oct 2006 08:02 PM I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I look my husband in the face, at it's like I'm seeing him for the first time in ages. Luckily, we have many outings with activities we enjoy together. It's fun going back and finding your best pal is still with you. Dragon Tales22 Oct 2006 08:00 PM Thanks for the information. My daughter is currently a Disney fan, doesn't ever miss anything. But this program sounds great. |
