Endometriosis and Colitis

I had endometriosis and ended up having a hysterectomy at 35, then had to deal with all the polyps issues of a bad diet and system that didn't respond well. Most of that has improved since the surgery. I did have tips for those dealing with it, but rather than duplicate them, I'll add the link here. Read more tips>  Afterwards the hardest part was dealing with hormone replacement therapy. I can't sleep without the hormones that my doesn't provide any more now that my ovaries were removed. But the best news was I got menopause over.
