Minimum Requirements for a well-managed laundryroom

We recently added two new people to our household so our laundry doubled. To support the new load, we redid our laundryroom. What I find is a luxurious laundryroom has the following:

1) washer and dryer

2) hanging bar -- equivalent to a closet bar

3) storage cabinets for soap, bleach, stain remover

4) a basket for each : white, dark, light, and towels

5) a laundrybasket for each bedroom to deliver dirty and transport clean clothes

6) a folding table

7) a tool rack to hang broom, dustpan, mop

8) an ironing board hanging and an iron

Note: we found that buying prebuilt cabinets at Home Depot along with a laminated countertop easy (for my husband) to install with the result that we look really good.
