My husband's favorite saying is three good moves equals one fire ... but a whole lot more work. The positive side of moving two children into the house is suddenly, we have a brand new house. We've moved the upstairs down, we've repainted several rooms, and the whole house recieved a good "fall" cleaning. I think we're ready to have Christmas. I've found myself organizing strange things that have irritated me for a while. The worst was the card mess. Leftover christmas cards, blank note cards, post cards, and special occasion cards all in a huge stack. I sorted the cards into groups, put an envelope with each card, and dumped the unwieldy boxes. Now I have four easy to identify stacks and am set to use them.
