First entry-october 27, 2007

Hello friends and family. I started this journal because I have enjoyed reading my friends journals, I hope it proves to be enjoyable for you.

Recent news on the family;

Shannon is enjoying her new school and went on a field trip where she rode her FIRST school bus. She said 'it was a little scary at first but then it was fun. I sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Happy birthday to, Gabriel (her seat mate), who laughed'. She likes to jump in all the crunchy leaves and loves her new Frog rain boots.

Addison is talking well. Starting to put 3 word senteces together. She goes to story time on Mondays. She is a very funny girl who loves to make us all laugh.

Kevin is growing super fast. He is struggling with his first foods. It turns out he is allergic to Rice cereal so I tried Oat cereal but he refuses it. I have some pureed carrots and squash ready to give him next. I just hope he accepts the spoon soon, he is getting HUNGRY! He is a very sweet boy who loves to be tickled, sung and read to.

Mark is working really hard on finding jobs. He is keeping all options open and turning nothing down. We'll see what he ends up doing.

I am enjoying our new lifestyle and getting the house looking normal. Still trying to find a home for all the odds and ends. I am amazed at the beauty of this house and our surrounding 14 acres. The community is fantastic and I love that I don't have to drive far to get everything I need. Almost everything is less than 5 miles away.
