Has your physician given you advice about getting exercise since you have chronic fatigue syndrome? If this is too personal, it's okay not to share. I was just wondering because it has to be difficult to get moving. You use a method that I also use. I do as many reps of a particular exercise as I can. Each day I try to add one more rep. Good luck with your weight loss. Getting My Mind Right: The Next Phase - Blog Entry17 Feb 2007 10:31 AM You've given some great advice. I also give my clothes away as I lose weight. I think you're going to keep the weight off. You sound like you're going to do it. Get Ready for Swimsuit Season - Blog Entry08 Feb 2007 05:06 AM I'm attempting to lose a lot of weight so I'm doing it the old fashion way. I try to stay away from sweets, limit carbs and those prepackaged foods you get from the grocer's freezer. I've been looking at the master cleanse because I need to clean out my system. But, I'm a little worried about diarrhea because I'm on the move. Finding a restroom can get tricky. Good luck! Drop by the forum and let us know if it worked. There are quite a few people who are interested in it. Dad's Losing It - An Introduction - Blog Entry07 Feb 2007 06:25 AM Jeff, I wrote poetry, too. Writing out your feelings is a great way to work through stressful or unhappy situations. The thought came to me that I'd like to be your height to balance out my weight. I once saw a picture of myself sitting at a table and it made me realize that I was overweight. I know you'll reach your goal because as much support as you give, you'll get back. My best to you and your family. Get Ready for Swimsuit Season - Blog Entry07 Feb 2007 06:15 AM I know:) The stores in my area have spring apparel on the racks. Swimsuits will be out soon. I've been wearing the same one for three years. This year I'm getting one in a smaller size. YAY! Diet Hype: Looking For the Next Fad - Blog Entry07 Feb 2007 06:05 AM Thanks so much for sharing. I don't like the fact that I'm walking without a destination. Walking outdoors is so refreshing and I get plenty of time to think. I can't wait for the day when I'm running bases (without huffing and puffing). lol Looks like you're really inspired. We can do it!! Ear Stapling: A Weight Loss Solution? - Blog Entry02 Feb 2007 10:54 AM Yes, I think you can. If so, it makes more sense because the staples leave holes that won't heal. These staples have to be moved once in a while because the body becomes accustomed to the pressure. I know that cartilage piercing can be painful, so the thought of the staples makes me cringe. Time to Get Moving!- Introduction - Blog Entry02 Feb 2007 10:48 AM A former neighbor had gastric bypass surgery and lost half her body weight. She looked like a different person. I think it was a year or two later when she had back to back pregnancies. The second baby totally surprised her. Good luck to your family, children bring such joy. Thanks for sharing with us.
