Day 2

Day 2 (I lost day one haha all part of being new)

I have been reading about flashcards for special needs children and floor time and ideas about involving other kids in teaching TY how to play .He knows how to drive his car and say brum brum ,but the turn taking is a complete mystery to him .He'll be four in June so i think its time I got to it

I attempted to find a special needs playgroup where Ty could be with other kids and i could talk to the parents but Ty is not eligible because he is on the waiting list for Early Intervention(something to do with the DOE Department Of Education)

So I'm trying not to focus on the stuff he doesn't know how to do automatically and learn to TEACH him what he should know

Finally theres a bit of hope and something i can DO instead of worrying and doubting and feeling helpless
