I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and now many of you are aware that my family may have the most serious type of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome - the Vascular Type, known as VEDS (Vascular Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). There is a lot that is unknown about EDS in general, and specifically about VEDS, which took my father's life, at the young age of 48.
