This past weekend, I went to a kids' playplace with my daughter and nephew. There was a mom there with her two children, one of whom looked to have Down Syndrome -- the child probably wasn't even a year old. Just as the mom was turning to me, I said to the baby, "Hey there cutie!!" and got the biggest, friendliest smile from that little girl...and the mom. Don't ya just love kids?
