This is an interesting situation. It is possible that Mason has other issues at home. I wonder what his parents are teaching him...

Spiderman Undies - Blog Entry

Seldom do articles and blogs make me cry. That was so sweet! As much as I might grumble when my daughter wakes up at 6:30 in the morning, as soon as I see that smile and the curl on the top of her head that makes her look like a Cupie doll, my day is instantly brightened.

Taking Toddlers To Movies-Are you NUTS? - Blog Entry

06 Jul 2006 11:50 AM

My hubby and I went to see "Finding Nemo" when it came out with our friends who had a five-year-old and a three-year-old. The five-year-old did fine, but his younger sister got scared for some reason. So the mother stayed with the son while the father took the daughter into the lobby until the movie was over. We go to my aunt's house a few times per week. She has a four-foot-deep above-ground pool, so it is perfect for family swim time. Our daughter is 19 months old and is already comfortable being in the water with swimmies on. This is great bonding time for us and she loves it!

This is great advice. During our first year of marriage, my husband and I had a huge blowout because we kept things from each other, not wanting to fight. Now, whenever we have a small issue, we work it out so that does not happen again.

Did You Watch Fireworks? - Blog Entry

05 Jul 2006 04:59 PM

This year was my daughter's first fireworks display (last year she was only about seven months old and was sleeping). We could see them from the corner of our yard and she was "WOW"-ing all through it. The neighbors got a kick out of her. What a great holiday.

I almost forgot about Fantasia 2000! I am going to have to put this one on for my daughter. I know that she'll love it!

Hoodwinked: The Retelling of a Classic - Blog Entry

Don't forget the ever-adorable Anne Hathaway (of "The Princess Diaries") as Red! My daughter constantly asks for this movie -- she calls it "Did I?" because of the goat. We love it!
