My little girl has many food allerigies , some are deadly to her so needless to say I have to learn to cook from srcatch .We can use normal wheat flour or eggs so we change recipies around.

Well its sounds like you had case of 'Need to Change Doc" asap . I have had thyroid disease for about 15yrs with all the ups and downs, and problems .
