Walking May Not Be Good Enough - Blog Entry

I remember that walking used to be my only exercise routine, but i always felt that I wasn't doing enough. I decided to get a personal trainer, his name is Roland Semprie and he is great. He told me to run 1.5 miles on the treadmill everyday and always to increase the speed a little. I have been doing that for the past 3 months and also incorporating weights in my workouts and I've lost 20 pounds! I found if you do a combination of walking and running it helps!
