Woven cotton makes a decent diaper material although thin and less absorbant than other materials. Flannel is another material used, creating extra softness on the inside of the diaper. If used for absorbency, flannel would need to be layered with hemp, terry cloth, or sherpa. Then, cotton/fleece is extra soft, washes well, but thickness is a consideration. Next, hemp diapers are a great choice, capable of soaking up lots of liquid while washing well. Ultrex cloth diapers can be purchased online. This material is waterproof but can clost more than other cloth diapers. You then have Birdseye cloth diapers, which have a slight texture, making them soft and durable. Finally, one of the favorite materials used for "cloth" diapers is sherpa. This knit terry material is extremely soft and highly absorbant. When looking at various options, you can use this information as a guide. Good luck. I want it ALL - Blog Entry08 Jul 2006 08:54 PM I love your story....cabbage of all things! Thanks for sharing! Typically, children have most of their teeth around this age but I wouldn't be alarmed in that each child is unique. Of course, if you have any concerns, talk to your doctor. :) TYPES OF METAL DETECTORS - Blog Entry09 Feb 2006 12:20 AM This is a great activity that men and WOMEN can enjoy, as well as the little ones... |
