Since 4 weeks actually equals 28 days, many months are longer than that and so 9 actual calendar months may be what is considered "normal". But yes, I usually refer to it as being 10 months because I have gone to 10 calendar months with both of my pregnancies. It seems that 10 months of pregnancy is perfectly healthy and perhaps even more accurate.
