She is a young mother to two daughters - RayeAnne who is five, and Arwen who is brand new. Sara loves to wear her youngest in a carrier while helping her oldest with a craft project. Her dream is to become somewhat of a professional artist, selling wares in her own little boutique, but in the meantime she tries to impart the joy of art to her children. She and her family also love being outdoors, either in the garden or at the park. They live in Michigan, where the job market is as questionable as the weather. _________________________________________________________________________________________ I am very pleased to have the opportunity to write instead of working in a factory for a living. The pay may have been good there, but my creativity was being stifled. Now at home, I am able to devote the amount of time I have always desired to toward my family life. I feel very fortunate to have the ability to do this. Luckily for us, my first born was always in the care of a family member while I worked outside of the home, but you can imagine how elated she is to have me available to her all day! Our family life is aimed at being natural and we focus on health and attachment early on. I take mothering very seriously (like we all do!) and no aspect of my children's well-being goes without research and a soul-search. This is especially true for the first nine months. With my mother being a homebirth midwife, I am very familiar with the stages of pregnancy.
