Robin Wright Penn and Sean Penn have announced they are divorcing. No, really, this time they are…well, maybe. The couple has filed for divorce three times in the past. They first announced their plans to divorce in December 2007. But, the couple looked happy as they attended the Academy Awards together in February 2009. Bill O’Reilly Says He’ll Boycott Sean Penn Films

Sean Penn may be slated to play Larry in the upcoming Three Stooges film, but Bill O’Reilly won’t be there to see it. Celebrity Auctions Bring in Big Bucks

When a celebrity auction occurs, it seems that everyone wants a piece of the action. This week, several items have sold for quite a nice sum. A first edition Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, was auctioned off by Dallas’ Heritage Auction Galleries and brought in $19,000. While you can find a copy of the first Harry Potter book much cheaper, you won’t be able to find a first edition. A Review of the 81st Academy Awards – Part 1

Well, the big day is over for another year…sigh. But, at least I have today to relieve everything! I really thought the Academy Awards ceremony was good this year. They tried to mix it up a big due to sagging ratings. Hugh Jackman certainly put on a show, but then I guess he had plenty of practice hosting the Tony Awards three times. SHOCKING Not only shocking for a Hollywood couple, but for warring couples in general. Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have apparently decided to bury the hatchet and actually work on their marriage instead of throwing it away. Court documents show that the superstar pair just put the brakes on their divorce proceedings. According to TV’s “Extra,” a court clerk dismissed the couple’s divorce petition at their request earlier this week. Another DUI Arrest and Another Celebrity Divorce

Having learned nothing from Kiefer Sutherland, Lindsay Lohan, Rebecca De Mornay, or Mickey Rourke, actress Mischa Barton was arrested this weekend on DUI charges. After straddling two lanes and failing to signal when turning, the 21 year old was pulled over by sheriff’s deputies on La Cienega Boulevard at 2:45 a.m. The deputies found Mischa had been drinking and was in possession of marijuana. Oh yeah, and just like Britney, Mischa was driving without a driver’s license too, according to a statement released by Sgt. John Hocking of the sheriff’s department. I wanted to write this blog months ago when I read an article about Jackie Earle Haley in Entertainment Weekly, but it slipped my mind and besides, I wasn’t sure anyone would remember him.
