In July 2002 we brought home two boys ages 14 months and 3 years they were in the process of having their biological mother’s parental rights revoked by the state of Texas. We are planning on adopting them and at this point we are their legal guardians as they are our foster children. When we filled the paperwork out for adoption we stated that we only wanted to take children who were legally free to adopt or in the process of becoming legally free.
