I have family all over the country and luckily "most" of them have a net connection. I bought a cheap webcam and a microphone so we can see one another while we talk. It's still not the same as being in the same room, but it's much closer than it was before.

I can't imagine either of those jobs! Thank you to both your husband and you for your very vital service! I find that many of us go through the emotions but seldom talk about them with anyone because we are taught to never talk about what, when or how when it comes to the military due to security issue. Hopefully we can all learn to open up a bit more about the things that we all share.
