Bite Size Polish Sausage

2 pounds polish sausage, cut into bite-size pieces
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large onion, diced
1 small jar applesauce

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir halfway through.
Place in crock-pot and serve with toothpicks.
