Chicken Alfredo With Pesto
Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser.
INGREDIENTS:
6 tbs butter
2/3 cup cream
6 tbs grated Romano cheese
1 pinch salt & pepper to taste
2 breasts chicken, cubed
2 tbs chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 tbs pesto
1 lb pasta, cooked
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in skillet. Add cubed chicken and cook until done. Add tomatoes.
2. Add remaining butter & cream. Stir over low heat until well combined.
3. Add pesto, then cheese, salt & pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and combine well.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
