Company Casserole
A great side dish to make when you are having company over.
INGREDIENTS:
4 pkgs frozen broccoli
3 large Hardboiled Eggs coarsely chopped
1 small can chopped pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs, divided
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 .
2. Thaw frozen vegetables.
3. Mix all other ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs.
4. Add this mixture to thawed vegetables.
5. Top with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs and bake for 40 minutes in 350 oven.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 50 minutes
