Guilt-Free Pot Stickers
There’s always a dilemma on what to serve as munchies for a gathering when you’re dieting. Crudite just never seems good enough by itself. Next time, add this to the mix and you feel like you are actually celebrating while still keeping your dietary goals in mind. These tasty treats are only 2.2 Weight Watchers points per serving.

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
1 tbs light soy sauce
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tbs minced fresh ginger
4 whole green onions with tops, finely chopped
1/4 lb ground chicken breast, cooked and drained
24 whole wonton wrappers, at room temperature
1 tbs cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tbs oyster sauce
1/2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tbs peanut oil

DIRECTIONS:
1. Steam cabbage 5 minutes, then cool to room temperature. Squeeze out any excess moisture and set aside.
2. To prepare filling, combine egg white, soy sauce, 1/4 tsp red pepper, ginger and green onions in large bowl. Blend well. Stir in cabbage and chicken.
3. To prepare pot stickers, place 1 tbs filling in center of 1 wonton wrapper. Gather edges around filling, pressing firmly at top to seal.
4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. Place pot stickers on large baking sheet dusted with cornstarch. Refrigerate 1 hour or until cold.
5. Meanwhile, to prepare sauce, combine remaining ingredients except oil in small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
6. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown.
7. Pour sauce over top. Cover and cook 3 minutes.
8. Uncover and cook until all liquid is absorbed. Serve warm.
