Jump and Learn Exersaucer Made Me a Hero!

The woman who blogs before you has become an official baby gift hero! I never saw myself as such yet I am honored to take the title. I do have a list of items that I use from personal experience to shower new moms with. Normally, they are quite pleased with the gifts as I approach gift giving for baby showers or baby events as practical or to the extreme on whimsy and fun. This time I decided to go against my better judgment and gift a church daycare the Evenflo Jump and Learn Exersaucer.

Why was this against my better judgment? First, my kids never used exersaucers. I used them extensively when I had a daycare and saw many babies enjoy their little independent play time. I also loved using them to put a child down somewhere safe as I changed another baby’s diaper or fed another baby. Yet, my children never much cared for the exersaucer. Due to this, I rarely give it as a gift. Not because I do see the merit of it as much as I never had one that stuck out in my mind as one of my favorite baby items. However, Evenflo has a new Jump and Learn Exersaucer and it is as cute as it can be. It has all the qualities I love about a baby item. Those qualities are: durability, versatility, fun and engaging, and easy to maintain and wash. I love how you can remove the fabric part of the exersaucer to machine wash it. Anyone with a baby knows the importance of having items you can machine wash. I also love how a baby has so much to engage her little mind with so a mom can easily get a little bathroom time. In fact, you can put the exersaucer in the bathroom and actually take a shower without your baby screaming!

So what made me a hero? The reaction from the crowd of moms as it was opened. They ooed and awed and expressed how much they would love one of those for their baby. One mentioned she just purchased the item for her baby. She sang the praises of this item. She loved how cute it is and how much her baby enjoys spending time in it. This was all confirmed as other babies who quickly tried this item loved it. I think there may be a riot one Sunday if a sign up sheet is not implemented to use this toy. Since several babies cannot be wrong, you may want to consider this for your baby or as a gift for the next baby shower you are invited to.
