Ranger Cookies
An classic oatmeal cookie variant.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Butter
1 cup White Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 large Eggs, Beaten
2 tsp Vanilla
2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Quick Oatmeal
1 cup Rice Krispies
1 cup Coconut
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
2. Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Stir together flour mixture and butter mixture.
3. Mix in oatmeal, Rice Krispies, and coconut. Drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheets.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for ten minutes. Makes approximately 5 dozen cookies.
