Smooth and Creamy Broccoli Cheese Dip

1 package frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste

Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions. Place cooked broccoli and cheese in blender or food processor with sour cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, onion, and curry powder. Process until mixture is smooth; chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or chips.
