Substitute Sour Cream
Lower in cholesterol and calories. This substitute works well in dips.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb silken tofu
1 cup low-fat yogurt
3 tbs oil
2 tsp lemons or lime juice
1 tsp honey
1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Season to taste with more lemon juice, honey and salt.
