I think that if you take that bottom section and make it whole grains, like quinoa and millet and those really nice natural grains that no one seems to know about, you'll get along a lot better. Obviously, a diet largely comprised of white bread is not the way to go. :)

Thanks, Lisa! I do have to be careful with artificial sweeteners -- some of them give me panic attacks. It's almost noon, no sugar yet, and I haven't died, so I'm not freaking out yet. :) We'll see what happens by nightfall.

Can I also add tips like locking relatives in a closet? I'm joking, sort of. :) There has been no diet of any kind at all (except I'm still off chocolate -- over five months now!) for the last month and I've gained nine pounds. Yeah, stress will do that to a person.

That is a little odd, awards for religious donations. Sort of like Friends of the Library or something.

I would actually like to hear someone discuss the beliefs behind Scientology -- everytime I've heard it mentioned, it's usually pretty hyper and I haven't figured out the doctrinal angle to it.
