Thanks for this blog, Alison. I have found a doctor that doesn't give me a hard time about my inclination toward natural healing, and we have found a good balance between medicine and alternatives, I think. You know, our bodies are so different and what works for one person won't for another; I'm glad we have so many choices and can find what works for us.

Tea tree oil is fabulous! I like to put a couple of drops of it in with some olive oil to break it down a little because it is very strong, but it kills all kinds of bacteria.

I just got put in as the Wolf Leader and sometimes it's tempting for me to want to teach them everything about everything, but you're so right -- the most important things are very simple and basic, and we have to have those before we can branch out into other things, and that goes for everything from health to scriptures to money, etc. Thanks for the blog!

If you set decorative baskets on the stairs, you could tie the piles in to your decor and give yourself a handle to carry everything! (I may not be helping you take the stairs more often, but I can help decorate the journey!)
