I don't digest peanuts well, but have found that almond butter is a great substitute. You can fresh grind your own at the health food store. It's not as creamy as peanut butter, but it's delicious.

Diet Soda or Regular? They'll both make you fat!

Not only all this, but carbonation leeches calcium out of your bones and can cause muscle cramps.

Too bad it tastes good. :)

I've gone off carbonation as of a week ago and I'm hoping the cravings will stop soon.
