I do think that having individual seat belts on a bus can be a serious safety hazard in the event of a crash. . .but I have often wondered why there couldn't be one lap belt per seat. While I appreciate the need to have people speaking for their own neighborhoods, there are better ways to do it. I think McCain is right in pointing out that Obama and organizations associated with him are supporting/have supported ACORN.
