I know that when my dh was an AD eligibility was a concern that was brought up. . .But I imagine that you're right. They're just a little hyperactive! And yes, kara, they are going way too far. New Jersey Legislature Turns on Homeschoolers - Blog Entry02 Oct 2008 10:19 AM In "fairness" (if I can say it that way--these proposed regulations don't seem to fair to me) with regards to sports. . .standardized tests, portfolios etc. may be used to determine eligibility requirements which has been a concern of sports leagues. I don't like telling my children they can be anything--because in reality there are limits to where they can go. I'd rather tell them that they are gifted in a special way and that they should and can do what they're meant to do. But I liked the blog Pam. ;-) Today's "Why I Got Married, Why I Stayed Single" Series - Blog Entry28 Sep 2008 05:36 PM I too was thinking the same thing. We got married at 21 so we could in theory see a 50th and even 60th anniversary. I'm thinking that if we make it to 75th anniversary. . .we may not remember any of it. ;-) Swapping Out Seasonal Clothing - Blog Entry28 Sep 2008 05:33 PM Swapping seasonal clothing takes me at least two weekends. And I keep a "goodwill bag" next to the dryer. . .and it STILL takes me at least two weekends. I think a lot of parents feel like it's a vindictive move on the part of a clinic not to continue to treat a child.
