I'm not totally sure you're understanding that these high schools teach all the core subjects producing that well educated citizen that you're talking about, but the electives that students take all have to do within a certain subject matter. It's not trade school. . .it's traditional high school with a twist. But I agree that we need to produced well educated kids.
