Should I be concerned??

My kids never liked the pacifyer, but I can't get my daughter off of her thumb. I've gotten her to the point where she only sucks her thumb at nap or bedtime. She is 2 now. Yikes.

diaper problem

For the last few days, Gloria has taken off her diaper, so dry and others wet. One time it was poopy and she got it on the floor.
