This development of physical health is done to maintain a mental balance and improve the mental health conditions of an individual. The Hatha yoga practitioners who teach and learn outside India do not practice or follow the spiritual aspect. Many people consider the Hatha yoga to be a style that has exported Hinduism and deals with improving conditions of mind and body.

Yoga by itself is a benign religion. This not only maintains fitness and health but also teaches an individual to be more tolerating and promotes unity. Overall, the main aim of an individual is to maintain world peace through unity and tolerance.

Yoga also helps in influencing an individual and improves his attitude towards the other person and the environment around him. The benefits of yoga can be understood only when one practices it.
