Thanks for bumping my post. We ended up getting the surgery done a few months ago w/ Dr. Ian Neilson at Swedish (First Hill).

I second the suggestion to read the book "Good Nights" by Dr. Jay Gordon. Also the suggestions to check out books/website by Dr. Sears.
