He belongs to the neighbors, but Chief is really my dog, even more so that the three that belong to this household. He's the cuddly big husky who is always happy to see me, asks nothing of me but a hug and a scrach, and gives so much back in return. I know my kids will be upset when he's gone, but I think it's going to be hardest on me. This isn't a case of kids running wild. The reason most kids have summer off dates back to farmers needing their children home to help during the busy season. Good news for homeschooling, though ;-).
