That might not sound frugal EXCEPT that her free-range, well-fed chickens lay very tasty eggs! dh can tell the difference in his omelets and salads. I cracked them side-by-side with store-bought and there's no comparison with the richness of the yellow and the size of the yolks. I'm using half as many in recipes.
