Car seat safety EVERY parent should read!

A toddlers head weighs approximately 5lbs. In a head on collision (by far the most common and most severe) going 30MPH, that is 150lbs of pressure on their spinal cord. If the spinal cord stretches a mere 1/4 inch, the best case scenerio you are looking at is paralysis. More likely though, your child will die from a severed spinal cord, called "internal decapitation.

Hi I work from home!

HI I am a mom to 3 (1 on earth and 2 in heaven) I work from home which is great. I can work in my home office when my daughter is napping or playing quitely in the room . I love what I do. If anyone wants to know what I do from let me know !!!

Newbie here!

Hi I have a daughter that was born January 17,07 she was 9 lbs 11oz and 21 inches at birth. She is now well at 15 months she was 31lbs and 34 inches. That was almost 3 months ago.

Working with young kids at home?

I told my husband the day I found out I was pregnant that I was staying home when the baby came. I have stayed home now for 19 months , daughter is 17 months.

January 2007 Mommies

HI my daughter was born the 17th of Jan. weighing 9 lbs 11 oz and 21 in. She is our first born but our 3 child (we lost 1 before her and one after her).
