I think this article is partially right. I'm going through a similar situation, but its me who isn't excited about sex when my wife doesn't keep tabs on her weight. I'm a very active person who's actively trying to support and help my wife to her goal weight. It's her lack of self-control that hurts her at every turn and she verbalizes a desire to slim down, yet her actions aren't adding up to her claims...
