Authentic Turkish Tava - Blog Entry

My daughter has been stationed at Incirlik for over 2yrs now and a year ago next week I stayed with her for 37days AND I really miss the chicken tava and cheese bread. Is Moonlite the same place as Mujdat's? She did send home some pomegranate syrup for my tomatoes and cucumbers. :-) I really wish I had the money to go back. BUT, I will try your recipe. I can't get my rice to taste like it did there. Any suggestions. Diane L Barrett
