I love reading, spending time with my church family and friends, love to cook but don't have the time, have about 100 pounds (in aussie language 50 kilos, can't do the math) of weight to lose and have insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome (had full hysterectomy 2 yrs ago) am almost forty (scary thought) and need help to lose this truck load of spare tyres before i hit the big four O. |
