Now that the new Fantasyland is up and running (though not every single aspect of the park is open yet), it’s time for Disney World to offer fans a chance to win a free trip there. The Disney Store is currently running a sweepstakes to win a 5-day, 4-night vacation at Disney World.
Although the sweepstakes is in honor of the new Fantasyland, the prize doesn’t revolve too much around it. Guests could win and choose to spend most of their time outside the Magic Kingdom, if they wanted. Grand prize winners get to spend one night in the Cinderella Castle Suite, which includes breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table and a meet and greet with the titular princess. For the other three nights, guests will be accommodated at another Walt Disney Resort hotel.
The prize also includes 5-Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper tickets with Water Park options, one $500 Disney gift card, two Princess makeovers or two Pirates League experiences, one Disney VIP tour guide for 8 hours one day, and one dinner for 4 at the Be Our Guest Restaurant. If the winners live more than 250 miles from Disney World, they receive free airfare to Disney World, and those living within the 250 mile radius from Disney World receive free ground transportation there.
The sweepstakes will also select five first place winners and twenty-five second place winners. First place receives a $100 Disney Store gift card, and second place winners receive a $25 Disney Store Gift card.
You can enter the sweepstakes either online or at a Disney Store. The sweepstakes runs from now until 11:59:59 PST on March 3. Online entries must be received by that time on March 3, and in-store entries must be received by store closing time on March 3. Any residents of the United States and Canada (except for Quebec) who are not minors are eligible to apply.
This is a fantastic deal for any Disney World fans. It’s a great way to explore the new Fantasyland, or really do just about whatever you want at Disney World. It looks like it’s for a family of four, although the only bit of the contest that specifically mentions family size is the Be Our Guest dinner.
