     I'm new to blogging but this looks like a nice friendly family site to start.  I'm a mom of 3 a girl 14, boy 11, and a boy 5.  I have been married for 18 years.  We are a struggling family like everyone else these days.  We are working hard to make ends meet.  I work from home and get out very little.  I work for the the childrens social networking site www.xivio as a world manager and moderator.

     My goal at work is to make the internet a safe and enjoyable learning spot for kids to hangout.  Xivio is a lot of work but very rewarding work.

     My goal for my family is to raise empathitic chilren who will make a positive difference in todays world.  My husband shares this goal and works hard so I can stay home and be there for our chileren.   We live in a resort community and it makes it finacially difficult to raise a family.

My husband I both have parents in their late 60s.  We stay in our area so that we can help to take care of them.  At this point they are self sufficient for the most part.  They do need help with snow removal, bringing in wood and yard work.  We all enjoy doing this as a family.  It creates great quality time and teaches our children to do for others.
